Near East Family offers a residency program in a unique, retreat setting: our home, a 100 year old farmhouse located on the Chesapeake Bay in the small fishing village of Chance, Maryland. Accommodations include a private room and all the beauty and amenities that coastal nature has to offer. We are equipped with wireless internet, audio-visual hardware and software and have access to alternative spaces and local university communities.
